Bought refurbished unit 012007-kicked the bucket 022307.."file system corrupted" emailed tech support... they sent back RE: Thomson Email Thank you for your recent inquiry concerning resetting your Digital Audio Player. For battery-replaceable flash players, please remove the batteries for ten minutes. Please reinstall your batteries. This should reset the player. ***no big help there*** warranty doesn't cover if you have opened,altered, or tampered with*** i sent mine back...Thomson LDT said will replace...only after I flipped out. Not feeling the love quite yet!

This particular MP3 player has been nothing but trouble for me since it's purchase. I bought it in October of 2005, and after three months of failures, repairs and replacements, it finally kicked the bucket in January of 2006. I have spoken with other owners of this particular product, and most have had similar issues. This is one piece of hardware to avoid at all costs.
